PAPA'S TREE FARM

From Hwy 18 (either direction), take the exit for 244th Ave SE. (No exit number)
Turn left at the end of the exit onto 244th Ave SE.
Turn right onto SE 200th St.
Papa’s Tree Farm is located on the right about one mile down the road.
We tag each of our trees that are available for sale this year. The colors of the tags match the colors on the price chart. Each tag will list the variety and height of the tree.
Douglas Fir: Our most fragrant selection and a great traditional Christmas tree
Grand Fir: Vibrant emerald green needles and that Christmas fragrance
Fraser Fir: Shorter needles and more space between branches allow for longer ornaments
Noble Fir: Stiff branches make it a great choice for heavier ornaments, some with a blueish tint
Turkish Fir: Cousin to the Noble, similar looks but needles encircle the branch
PHOTOGRAPHERS
We are happy to accommodate professional photographers at our farm. In order to keep it a fun and beneficial experience for both of us, we ask that you adhere to the following:
-Make a request via email (thedesimones@msn.com) or text (253-261-0819) for your preferred date(s).
-Upon confirmation of date(s), submit payment of $100/day via PayPal or Venmo. Account info will be given in your confirmation message.
-Please check in at the front house for further instructions when you arrive.
-You may decorate the trees in your area but please pick up what you bring.
In case you are not able to shoot due to bad weather, we will work with you to arrange a make up day. Knowing that fall weather in the PNW can be messy, we advise booking dates earlier, rather than later, in the month. We typically have dates beginning the first weekend of October thru the weekend before Thanksgiving. Our fields are not open to photographers once we open to the public for our U-Cut season.
Please note that there may be more than one photographer onsite on a given day. Since we are getting the farm ready for tree sales in October and November, please be aware that we may be out in the fields working the day you visit. As there are nearly 12 acres here, we are sure that there will still be plenty of room for you to get your shots while we are working away.
